How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated upon checkout. Many items include Free Delivery and are clearly marked.
Where you see this image, Shipping is FREE direct from our Warehouse or Supplier. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking numbers automatically for these deliveries however the freight company will make contact with you directly to ensure a smooth delivery.
Do I need to be home?
All larger items including heaters, water heaters, air conditioners and fireplaces will require someone to be home for delivery. We do not ship these items to PO boxes. Smaller items including most spares parts, filter material & controllers are sent through Australia Post and do not require you to be home and can be delivered to PO boxes.
Can I pickup?
Yes. Orders can be picked up from our Western Sydney Warehouse, 9 Railway St EMU PLAINS NSW 2750. Please ensure your order is ready before arriving, orders are usually ready within 1-3 working days.
Please ensure you are ready to receive or pick up a large item, such as fireplaces and air conditioners. They are quite large and heavy, trailers are best for pickups. Deliveries do not include any moving or installation and will be limited to where the driver's trolleys can get them. We suggest having a plan in advance in case the items need to be moved elsewhere after delivery. Feel free to contact us with any questions to ensure your delivery goes smoothly.
