How much is delivery?
Many items include Free Delivery and are clearly marked. Delivery is calculated upon checkout. You can see the postage price by adding products to your cart and entering your address in the checkout process.
Where you see this image, Shipping is FREE direct from our Sydney Warehouse.
Do I need to be home?
We have opted to use reputable transport companies for all our deliveries to ensure a fast, fully tracked and reliable service. This means that someone must sign for the delivery at the intended destination. We do not ship to PO boxes.
If you are not home and you have not authorised to leave without signature, your order will be returned to the depot or a local collection point. A card will be left advising that you will need to collect from the depot or collections point, or pay a re-delivery fee.
Can I pickup?
Yes. Orders can be picked up from our Western Sydney Warehouse, 9 Railway St EMU PLAINS NSW 2750. Please ensure your order is ready before arriving, orders are usually ready within 1-3 working days, in many cases they are in stock and ready to go, but to avoid disappointment please contact us prior.
Incorrect Postage Details
Where an incorrect address is provided by the customer and a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be liable for any costs to resend.
Please ensure you are ready to receive or pick up a large item, such as fireplaces and air conditioners. They are quite large and heavy, trailers are best for pickups. Deliveries do not include any moving or installation and will be limited to where the driver's trolleys can get them. We suggest having a plan in advance in case the items need to be moved elsewhere after delivery. Feel free to contact us with any questions to ensure your delivery goes smoothly.
