Warranty & Returns
All items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty which in most cases is 12 months against manufacturing defects or faults. You may contact us or the manufacturer directly for product support & warranty enquiries.
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery subject to our returns policy.
Faulty or damaged item
Although all items are inspected by our team prior to shipping, if you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately, you can do so by using our contact form. Please ensure you include your full name as per your order, a contact number, email address and explain the problem in detail. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will pay to have the item picked up from you and you will have the option of a credit, refund or replacement item sent. Please note that installation error, user error or other faults that are caused by a third party are not grounds for a return.
Although rare, sometimes there may be a mix up with your order and we accidentally send the incorrect item. We apologise and will make it right. Please contact us immediately, you can do so by using our contact form, and explain the issue.
Please ensure you include your full name as per your order, a contact number, email address and explain the problem in detail. We will pay to have the item picked up from you and will ship the correct item as soon as possible.
If you changed your mind or picked the wrong item, we may issue a credit or refund however we do reserve the right to not issue a credit or refund in certain cases including special order items. Electronic items and any used items can not be returned once opened unless faulty. Please choose carefully before purchase and if you have any questions in regards to returns before purchasing, please contact us.
